"Lady Gaga, de son vrai nom Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta1, est une chanteuse et auteur-compositeur-interprète américaine d'origine italienne née le 20 mars 1986 à New York. Elle s'est d'abord fait connaître grâce à son titre Just Dance.
L'origine de son nom est une référence à la chanson Radio Ga Ga de Queen. Elle dit être influencée par de grands noms de la musique pop, tels que David Bowie ou Madonna2,3.
Lady Gaga a « une voix forte, cuivrée, un timbre de blues, un vibrato pas forçant ni forcé, de la passion et de la personnalité », selon Philippe Renaud de Cyberpresse4.
À son actif, Lady Gaga a produit deux albums et un troisième est prévu pour 20105. Elle a vendu 5 millions exemplaires de son album The Fame et 4 millions de sa réédition et album The Fame Monster."

She soon signed with Streamline Records, an imprint of Interscope Records, upon its establishment in 2007. She has also stated fashion is a source of inspiration for her songwriting and performances.To date, she has sold over ten million albums and over thirty-five million singles worldwide.
