You need to get ready for the book fair in May. Here is a list of what your class has done and hasn't done yet.
Ask your classmates if you can help them
Ex: I see you haven't put any posters in the streets yet. Would you like me to help you?

contact the local paper for the publication of an article (coché)
put some posters in the streets (pas coché)
send invitations to the town councillors (pas coché)
contact the parents ' associations (pas coché)
call the fure brigade (coché)
rent or borrow stalls (pas coché)
make a list of the participants -publishers, distributors, wholesalers..- (coché)

A faire environs 7 lignes!

juste pour ton exemple, on utilise le mot flyer plutot que poster.

I see you had contacted the newspapers for an article but it is not publisshed yet. Would you mind to contact the Daily Telegraph by next week , please and let me know when they expect to pubhilsh it ?
Did you ever crosscheck the participants ? Would you like to help me in this task, please ?
